If you prefer not to tip the driver, please bring the exact amount mentioned on your reservation ticket when your payment is in cash. The bill we do not accept are 100 USD and stained, broken or incomplete.
For each transfer it is possible to request a deposit to guarantee the confirmation of the reservation. In case of requiring a courtesy stop at the ATM or currency exchange, it is done with the engine off. Deployed prices are for promotion and do not apply invoice (Factura).

We are a Pet Friendly company, only that your pet must go in its cage, if you would like to take it loose with you and your pet leaves the vehicle dirty either because of its fur or for some physiological reason, you must pay $500 mxn or $28 usd or $29 euros or $35 Canadian dollars, for the cleaning of the vehicle.
If you and your group have this situation, you must notify the reservations area since there is an extra cost to go to different terminals, the extra cost for each different terminal is $150 mxn $10 usd $11 euros or $12 Canadian dollars.
